It gets easier over time, as you begin to fill your kitchen with the things you’ll need. Once your ingredients are on hand, you’ll be able to make any recipe you come across. Some of the ingredients common to those eating plant-based diets are unheard of by omnivores; nutritional yeast, tamari, tofu for example. It takes a little time and courage to buy and experiment with these foods, but you will be very glad you did. Don’t feel like you need to get everything on the list the first time out. Get a few things, and expand over time.
